Unified single-device add API. Switch between instant and reservation mode with one parameter while keeping legacy APIs available.

- mode=instant 复用秒出添加逻辑；mode=review 复用预约/审核添加逻辑
- 支持 Query、x-www-form-urlencoded 和 JSON body；JSON body 更推荐用于 V2
- force=true 仅跳过本系统强制添加期/已存在短路判断，不保证 Apple 侧一定允许重复注册
- review 模式仍遵循预约接口限制，例如不支持 warranty=4/6
